MEET YOUR EXPERT RUNNING PHYSIO'S

B.Physiotherapy, APAM

Reuben completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra and has recently moved to Sydney to join the SquareOne Team. He has provided treatment and competition services for ACT Athletics throughout Canberra and nationally.

Areas of special interest include rehabilitation, running technique analysis and management of sporting and running-related injuries and tendinopathies. Prior to studying physiotherapy, Reuben was a competitive distance runner and has a wealth of knowledge of running-related injuries and sports performance. He has regularly led running training groups throughout the year and is a big advocate for strength and conditioning for endurance-based athletes.

Outside of work, you’ll find him surfing, doing yoga, or running on the trails.

BSc Sports Science, M. Phty. MSc Advanced Physio (Musc), MACP

Shaun is a Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Pod Leader at SquareOne. Originally from the UK, Shaun completed a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science before graduating with a Pre-registration Masters Physiotherapy degree at the University of Southampton. He later completed a Masters in Advanced Neuromuscular Physiotherapy, which included working within the Harlequins Rugby Union club in a high-performance sports physiotherapy role.

Shaun enjoys helping people recover from physical injury by reducing their pain, improving their physical conditioning, and, invariably, their quality of life. He has also worked in both the public and private healthcare settings, where he’s been able to apply his clinical skills to help clients achieve their physical goals, from simply walking pain-free to returning to high-level sport.

M.Physiotherapy, B.Sc, APAM, Certified GLA:D Physiotherapist

Jackson completed a Master of Physiotherapy at Sydney University and a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Physiology in Melbourne. He is currently studying a Master of Sports Physiotherapy and High Performance and is an ASCA Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach with a Diploma of Remedial Massage. He focuses on treating acute and chronic injuries, particularly in contact sports, running, and lower limb injuries. Jackson aims to help patients return to activities like sports, skiing, and surfing, and to prevent future injuries by improving strength and coordination.

He is the Lead Physio for the Manly Wolves Men's AFL Program and has worked with Norths Rugby, Manly United FC, and the World Surf League Sydney Surf Pro. He also has experience as a Freestyle Ski and Downhill Mountain Bike Instructor.
